 TERMS and
CONDITIONS
Pre Ban rifles and high capacity magazines are
unavailable in the following states: California, Hawaii, Maryland,
Massachusetts, New Jersey & New York.
All purchases requiring FFL dealer must provide us a fax copy of FFL license
number. Fax your FFL license number to
623-321-1680. No exceptions.
Receivers available at this site are for sale to FFL dealers only. There are
no exceptions. Funds must be paid for by an FFL dealer.
Failure to provide us proper documentation will result
in rejecting your
order.
ATTENTION: POF-USA
will only ship Firearms to a licensed FFL holder. If you
do not have an FFL (Federal Firearms License) you will
need to find a licensed firearms dealer to do the
transfer for you. You must enter the FFL licensed
dealer's address as the shipping address when you place
your order with us.
FFL means Federal Firearms License. This is issued by
the BATF to those who deal in firearms. It is illegal to
deal in firearms without an FFL documentation. An FFL is
required in order to receive a gun delivered to you
through the mail. We require a signed hard copy or a
legible fax on file in order to send a gun to the
licensee. |
WARRANTY TERMS
Three Year Limited
Warranty
This POF-USA Patriot Ordnance Factory, Inc. firearm is
warranted to the original retail customer for three
years from the date of purchase against defects in
material and workmanship. All parts and labor or
replacement at our option are covered.
Shipping to and from our repair facilities, government
fees, damage caused by failure to perform normal
maintenance, sales outside the United States, damage due
to high velocity, high pressure, reloaded, or other
non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair,
modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the
product is not covered by this limited warranty.
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
are limited to one year from date of purchase.
Consequential or incidental damages and/or expenses, or
any other expenses are not covered by this warranty.
To obtain warranty performance please call or email to
obtain a return authorization number. You must download
the return form complete it and include with your
shipment.
Alterations & Modifications Warning
Altering or modifying parts is dangerous and will void
the warranty. This POF-USA rifle was manufactured to
perform properly with the original parts as designed. It
is your duty to make sure any parts you buy are made for
this rifle and are installed correctly and that neither
the originals nor the replacements are altered or
changed. Your POF-USA rifle is a complex precision tool
with many parts that must relate correctly with other
parts in order for proper and safe operation. Putting a
rifle together wrong or with incorrect or modified parts
can result in a damaged rifle, serious personal injury
or death to you and others through malfunction. Always
have a qualified gunsmith work on your rifle or at least
check any work not performed by a gunsmith. |
