ORDERING POLICY:
When you place an order, a 50% deposit is required and
the balance is payable at time of shipment. Cancellation
of orders is subject to a 15%
handling fee to be deducted from the deposit.
All rifles and lower receivers must be ordered and paid
for through an FFL dealer of your choice. No exceptions.
The order date becomes effective when the required
deposit has been received.
Our delivery times are estimated at the time of the
order. We will always try to hold our estimated delivery
times. Under no circumstances will we
rush any order. The quality of our custom rifles will
not be compromised.
All of our custom rifles include the Federal Excise Tax.
All rifles have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. As long
as customer abuse has not created a problem, we may
repair your rifle free of charge. If you
have a problem, it’s usually ammunition related and we
can help you over the phone with any problems you may

100% satisfaction is always our goal. This does not
cover any gunsmithing or modifications done by anyone
outside our company. No exceptions.
Payments made by certified check or cashiers check can
be shipped on same day received. Personal checks require
10 days to clear, unless
prior arrangements have been made.
All C.O.D. orders require payment by certified check
unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Shipping costs are not included in our pricing.
No refund will be allowed if the product has been
altered in any way.
No returns for credit after 30 days from invoice date.
Please refer to our Return Policy.
On all returns, no credit will be granted for shipping
charges or surcharges.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned
merchandise.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Pre Ban rifles and high
capacity magazines are unavailable in the following
states: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New
Jersey &
New York.
All purchases requiring FFL (Federal Firearms License)
dealer must provide us a fax copy of FFL license number.
Fax your FFL license number to
623-321-1680. No exceptions.
Receivers available at this site are for sale to FFL
dealers only. There are no exceptions. Funds must be
paid for by an FFL dealer. Failure to provide
us proper documentation will result in rejecting your
order.
POF-USA will only ship firearms to a licensed FFL
holder. If you do not have an FFL you will need to find
a licensed firearms dealer to do the transfer for you.
You must enter the FFL licensed dealer’s address as the
shipping address when you place your order with us.
FFL, Federal Firearms License, is issued by the BATF to
those who deal in firearms. It is illegal to deal in
firearms without FFL documentation.
An FFL is required in order to receive a gun delivered
through the mail. We require a signed hard copy or a
legible fax on file in order to send a gun to the
licensee.
RETURN POLICY:
POF-USA Patriot Ordnance Factories, INC. offers a 30-day
Return Policy. If your are not satisfied with the
product, simply return it for a full refund
(less shipping cost). You will need to fill-out and
submit Return Merchandise Form and include in the
package prior to returning the product.

Authorization Number prior to returning the product. You
can also download the Return Authorization Form at
www.pof-usa.com.
Complete the form and include it with your shipment.
SHIPPING POLICY:
In stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24-48
hours of order receipt. If item is out of stock, you
will be notified by email of back-order status.
Products requiring FFL license will only ship to an FFL
dealer address. We will not ship to a residential or
private address. There are no exceptions.
Products are generally shipped UPS Ground. UPS requires
delivery of item to a physical address. UPS will not
ship to a P.O. Box.
We also ship UPS Next Air* upon customer’s request.
*Item will ship UPS Next Day Air only if item is in
stock.
All sales are only to United States of America. We
cannot ship any gun parts to any foreign country.
WARRANTY TERMS:
POF-USA firearms have a
3-year limited warranty.
POF-USA firearm is warranted to the original retail
customer for 3 years from the date of purchase against
defects in material and workmanship.
All parts and labor or replacement at our option are
covered.
Shipping to and from our repair facilities, government
fees, damage caused by failure to perform normal
maintenance, sales outside the United States, damage due
to high velocity, high pressure, reloaded, or other
non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair,
modification, misuse, abuse, or
alteration of the product is not covered by this limited
warranty.
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
are limited to 1 year from date of
purchase. Consequential or incidental damages and/or
expenses, or any other expenses are not covered by this
warranty.

ALTERATION AND MODIFICATION WARNINGS:
Altering or modifying parts is dangerous and will void
the warranty. This POF-USA rifle was manufactured to
perform properly with the original parts
as designed. It is your duty to make sure any parts you
buy are made for this rifle and are installed correctly
and that neither the originals nor the
replacements are altered or changed. Your POF-USA rifle
is a complex precision tool with many parts that must
relate correctly with other parts in order for proper
and safe operation. Putting a rifle together wrong or
with incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged
rifle, serious personal injury or death to you and
others through malfunction. Always have a qualified
gunsmith work on your rifle or at least check any work
not performed
by a gunsmith. |
